Vice President - Technology Venture Capital

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a technology-oriented venture capital firm based in San Francisco seeking to appoint a Vice President to enhance its investment team. Qualifications

• Between three and seven-plus years of professional experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or corporate development with a significant technology emphasis.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, executing, and supporting investments in areas such as software, artificial intelligence, fintech, cybersecurity, or similar fields.
• Established network within the technology landscape, startup arenas, and venture capital communities.
• Superior skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and assess investment prospects within rapidly expanding technology sectors.
• Lead thorough due diligence, encompassing market research, financial assessment, and evaluating management teams.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and effectively present proposals to senior management and investment committees.
• Oversee relationships with portfolio companies and assist founders in strategic growth initiatives.
• Establish and nurture connections with founders, corporate leaders, investors, and industry participants to facilitate deal sourcing and market insights.
