Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and expand your client portfolio through proactive outreach, pitching recruitment services, and delivering tailored talent solutions.
- Identify and engage mid to senior-level candidates while becoming a specialist in your recruitment segment, building strong professional relationships aligned with candidates’ career objectives.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients to drive successful placements.
