Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Associate at Apartments.com, you will join a motivated team serving as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily housing sector. The role involves engaging clients with tailored sales presentations to promote marketing solutions that help them meet business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing new business prospects, managing existing accounts, and introducing new marketing strategies to enhance client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage market data from CoStar Group to identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as upsell and renew existing customer contracts.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, advising them on strategic marketing solutions to grow revenue.
- Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and local market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain strong client engagement through frequent communication, sharing valuable market insights, and proposing solutions aligned with their objectives.
Required Qualifications
- For external candidates: Minimum two years in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent multifamily industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within a consultative selling framework.
- Fluency in both French and English languages is mandatory.
- Consistent employment history indicating commitment to previous employers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record verified before hire.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in-person college or university.
- Internal candidates should have at least 18 months of successful sales experience at CoStar Group, meeting the same language, driving, and education requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a base salary range of CAD 60,000 to 80,000, supplemented by a commission structure and a comprehensive benefits plan.
