- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Enhance assessment and interviewing consistency across the organization to improve hiring quality.
- Foster a collaborative environment free from turf conflicts and encourage productive dialogue.
- Manage decisions regarding in-house versus outsourced recruiting resources, oversee vendor relationships and budget.
- Evaluate and upgrade the recruiting technology stack such as ATS, sourcing, AI tools, and reporting systems to boost efficiency and quality.
- Adapt and evolve the role and strategies in response to company growth and change.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in leadership managing mixed capacity recruitment models in dynamic environments.
- Proven track record supporting high-growth companies and scaling organizations beyond 1,000 employees.
- Experience selecting, implementing, and enhancing recruiting technologies with successful team adoption.

- Strong communication skills to engage and motivate global audiences through diverse channels.
- Adept at leading through change, ambiguity, and shifting demands while partnering effectively with executives.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and demonstrate sound judgment and humility.
Preferred Qualifications
