We're a rapidly expanding company valuing agility, fast execution, and impactful contributions from every team member. We encourage ongoing development, ownership, and opportunities to acquire new skills as the company grows. If you're seeking meaningful work and a dynamic team environment, we'd love to connect.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales for Europe will spearhead business growth across European markets, focusing on revenue expansion via dealer network cultivation, key account acquisitions, and commercial excellence. This leadership role involves building a scalable sales organization for a hardware robotics business, managing channel strategies, enterprise accounts, commercial systems, and team leadership. The role also contributes to the evolution of the company's long-term commercial strategies and potential future executive leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Hold full financial responsibility for revenue in all European territories.
  • Drive sales primarily through dealer networks and strategic key account wins; direct end-user sales are excluded.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and regularly update CEO and Board with precise reports.
  • Manage hardware-specific sales operations, including understanding lead times, purchase order driven revenue cycles, inventory control, and demo fleet management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing dealers in Europe within two years.
  • Implement a tiered dealer structure (ESP/CSP/AP) with clear performance criteria such as purchase order commitments, rebate-linked KPIs, demo fleet requirements, and training compliance.
  • Negotiate and finalize initial anchor dealer agreements personally in new markets, then transition oversight to channel directors post-establishment.
  • Develop dealer performance scorecards and establish quarterly review rhythms to maintain visibility with headquarters autonomously.
  • Build relationships with procurement and operations leaders in facilities management organizations, leveraging an existing network and establishing new contacts.
  • Close enterprise agreements personally and create replicable sales playbooks for key account directors.
  • Ensure all enterprise fulfillment remains within the dealer channel, preserving channel integrity.
  • Assemble and lead a focused team including P&KA Directors, a Channel Development Manager, a Commercial Fixer, and Key Account Directors.
  • Utilize support teams based in Singapore for operations, marketing, and technical pre-sales to enhance team capabilities.
  • Hire experienced professionals with proven track records, set high expectations, and enforce standards consistently.
  • Elevate the commercial skills within the team including demonstration expertise, competitive positioning, pipeline management, and dealer accountability.
  • Design and implement CRM systems, pipeline reviews, demo tracking, and dealer health metrics from scratch, promoting adoption across teams and dealer networks.
  • Create scalable operating manuals such as onboarding processes, competitive intelligence materials, demo scripts, and quarterly business review templates.
  • Establish a weekly commercial rhythm involving pipeline updates, dealer health checks, and key account status reporting with transparent HQ communication.
  • Develop a global commercial perspective, gaining insight into Asia-Pacific and Americas channel dynamics, global key accounts, and pricing strategies.
  • Deliver a credible global commercial strategy presentation to the Board within one year, outlining scalable commercialization models beyond Europe.
  • Provide strategic commercial counsel to the CEO regarding global market approaches.

Candidate Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment, robotics, or industrial technology across Europe, with responsibility for multi-country profit and loss management.
  • Demonstrated success in creating dealer or channel networks in a minimum of three European countries, preferably within cleaning, facilities management, or building services sectors.
  • Proven ability to secure major enterprise key accounts such as ISS, Sodexo, or Compass with a strong network in the facilities management industry.
  • Expertise in hardware sales processes including lead time awareness, inventory management, purchase order-based revenue cycles, and managing demonstration fleets.
  • Experience working within mid-sized companies (100–500 employees), especially in Series B–D stage startups, with adaptability to fast-paced, resource-limited settings and equity-focused compensation.
  • At least one year of working experience in companies headquartered or led in Asia.
  • Strong skills in creating sales systems like CRM workflows, pipeline management routines, and partner scorecards from the ground up.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German, French, or Nordic languages is highly beneficial.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe (40–50%).
