We have an opening for a Vice President in Relationship Management to join our Corporate Trust Investment Managers, Relationship Management team based in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Investment Managers and Relationship Managers (RMs) in enhancing client relationships and identifying new business prospects.
- Oversee client interactions and coordinate internal processes during onboarding of new deals to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Collect and monitor critical market and client information utilizing available tools and networks; maintain updated databases and produce internal reports.
- Provide backup support to Relationship Managers during absences such as travel or vacations.
- Keep abreast of developments in debt capital markets, particularly private credit, and regularly share insights with the team.
- Serve as a principal point of contact among Corporate Trust Product teams, Client Service, Asset Servicing Implementation Group, and Enterprise Operating Platform.
- Assist in preparing client presentation materials and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Coordinate and participate in new business presentations and regular Client Service Review meetings with assigned Relationship Managers.
- Leverage artificial intelligence to streamline team workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties for the Relationship Manager team.
- Develop and utilize a broad internal network across BNY to support team goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Multiple years of relevant experience within Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and private credit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities with proven influence at senior levels.
- A proactive growth mindset focused on enhancing leadership and influence skills, widely acknowledged for collaboration.
- Strong teamwork orientation with a readiness to tackle varied challenges across different workstreams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills capable of thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
