- Coordinate with Asset Management to design, implement, and monitor suitable investment approaches using equities, bonds, property, alternative investments, structured products, and related vehicles.
- Manage portfolios on either an advisory or discretionary basis in coordination with the Asset Management team.
- Strengthen a referral-based service model so clients are made aware of relevant bank offerings such as lending, fiduciary services, and yacht finance where appropriate.
- Act as the single point of contact for private banking matters related to HNW clients and ensure customer complaints are resolved in line with internal procedures.
- Contribute to SLA development with internal departments so private banking requests receive priority handling and customer satisfaction improves.
