Vice President of Transformation Delivery

Overview

The Vice President of Transformation Delivery is a senior executive role responsible for steering the execution of company-wide transformation projects. These initiatives focus on enhancing operational efficiency, advancing digital modernization, driving organizational change, and fostering strategic growth. The role demands oversight of complex program planning, governance, and successful delivery aligned with long-term corporate goals.

This leader collaborates closely with CEOs, COOs, Chief Strategy Officers, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Transformation Officers, and other senior executives to accelerate enterprise transformation and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies that align with corporate vision and growth targets.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable programs with clear business outcomes.
• Create transformation roadmaps, governance structures, and implementation methods to support sustainable competitiveness.
• Lead the delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs, digital projects, and strategic changes from conception through realization.
• Ensure initiatives are completed within schedule, budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Manage program portfolios, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and oversee dependencies.
• Drive digital modernization using cloud, AI, automation, enterprise applications, analytics, and intelligent platforms.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to foster innovation and adopt modern operating models.
• Enhance organizational agility through technology-enabled changes.
• Improve business processes applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement principles.
• Eliminate inefficiencies and standardize enterprise workflows to boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Establish governance frameworks for transformation programs and create executive dashboards for tracking progress, impact, risks, and ROI.
• Monitor resource allocation, risks, and readiness while reporting results to executives and Board members.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives in partnership with HR and communications to enhance employee engagement and adoption.
• Develop leadership alignment, stakeholder communication plans, and training to ensure long-term adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Manage and develop Transformation Directors, PMO leaders, program managers, and change agents.
• Oversee transformation budgets, strategic consulting engagements, and technology investments.
• Present transformation strategies and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Finance, or related disciplines.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, SAFe, or Prosci Change Management are advantageous.
• 12 to 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, program delivery, consulting, operations, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in business transformation, portfolio governance, operational excellence, and digital technologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, financial management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
