Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement sales strategies to surpass revenue, market share, and expansion goals across Western Europe.

- Collaborate with marketing, clinical support, service, and patient access teams to synchronize initiatives and optimize customer success.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with precise forecasting and reporting using Salesforce.

- Manage complex negotiations, pricing models, contract agreements, and forge enduring commercial partnerships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing large geographic regions with substantial revenue responsibilities.
- Proven expertise in radiation oncology, medical devices, healthcare technology, or related healthcare sectors.
- Record of successfully directing regional commercial plans, building strong sales teams, and surpassing ambitious targets.
- Strong skills in executive-level selling, intricate negotiations, strategic account oversight, and long-term partnership cultivation.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and commercial reporting.
- Existing robust relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, and senior healthcare executives highly desirable.
- Excellent financial acumen, analytical proficiency, organizational ability, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams while managing multiple strategic priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the region.
