Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals, market share, and growth targets across Western Europe.
- Lead, mentor, and develop commercial teams fostering a culture of accountability and continuous progression.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, clinical support, service, and patient access departments to align sales initiatives and optimize customer outcomes.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate sales forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting utilizing Salesforce.
- Expand strategic accounts by nurturing relationships with major hospitals, healthcare systems, academic centers, and opinion leaders.
- Manage complex deal negotiations, pricing discussions, and establish enduring commercial partnerships.

Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or other advanced business credentials are preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive sales leadership managing sizable regions with considerable revenue accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in radiation oncology, medical devices, healthcare technology, or broader healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record in leading regional sales strategies, building high-performance commercial teams, and surpassing sales targets.
- Expertise in executive-level sales, strategic account management, complex negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline development, CRM tools (ideally Salesforce), and performance reporting.
- Valuable established networks with hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, and senior healthcare decision-makers.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and project management proficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams and juggle multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ready and able to travel up to 50% within the region.
