What You Will Do
You will guide brand strategy, help translate the roadmap into execution, and drive growth across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B channels. In addition, you will oversee departmental budgeting and profit and loss (P&L), track key performance indicators across initiatives and channels, and use performance insights to support further investment and business expansion. You will also represent the brand externally as a knowledgeable voice with clients, vendors, and other partners, including events, trade shows, and meetings.
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Impact

You will lead, grow, and mentor a team of marketing and eCommerce specialists, providing direction and oversight that helps move tactical work forward while keeping execution aligned with business goals.
Experience and Background Needed
The client is looking for someone with deep integrated marketing experience, strong exposure to CPG, and a track record of leading mid-sized marketing and eCommerce teams. Experience in wellness, beauty, or a similar product space is highly desirable. A solid background in both DTC and wholesale/B2B marketing is required. You should also be comfortable owning budgets and growth targets, and have practical experience with marketing and eCommerce tools such as Google Analytics, eCommerce platforms, and email marketing systems.
Location and Travel
This role is designed as a hybrid position for candidates in the Seattle area. However, remote applicants based on the West Coast may also be considered if they are willing to travel frequently to the Seattle headquarters. In addition to regular office commuting, the role requires approximately 20% travel within the United States and internationally.
