Overview

LHH seeks an experienced Head of Growth for a permanent remote position available to candidates authorized to work in the United States. This senior role entails leading comprehensive growth strategies, overseeing acquisition through revenue expansion, managing the growth P&L, and mentoring a dynamic growth team. Reporting to executive leadership, the leader will focus on identifying and scaling high-impact business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an end-to-end growth strategy covering customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion efforts.
  • Responsible for the growth profit and loss management, including budget planning, forecasting, channel investments, setting performance targets, and maximizing return on investment.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team comprising channel specialists, marketers, analysts, creatives, and potentially external agencies.
  • Set defined growth objectives, KPIs, consistent reporting, and accountability to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Discover, experiment with, and scale new growth channels, offers, campaigns, and funnel optimizations utilizing data-driven methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and business goals.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of funnel performance indicators, customer behaviors, acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversion metrics, retention, and payback periods to guide investment choices.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance acquisition effectiveness, lifecycle engagement, revenue growth, and overall scalability.
  • Create forecasting tools and performance dashboards to regularly update senior leadership on progress, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Promote a culture emphasizing continuous experimentation, learning, accountability, and operational excellence within the growth function.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in growth leadership roles, including performance marketing, revenue management, demand and lifecycle marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success managing growth strategies and P&L in fast-scaling, data- and performance-focused settings.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and managing high-performing teams with accountability frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret growth data, detect trends, and convert insights into strategic actions.
  • Experience handling paid media budgets, channel strategies, and optimizing ROI across scalable marketing channels.
  • Expert understanding of full-funnel growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, churn, revenue, margin, and payback periods.
  • Ability to combine strategic foresight with tactical execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively present to senior executives.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments including Product, Sales, Finance, and Creative teams.
  • Proficient in managing teams in a remote work setting with effective collaboration and operational rhythms.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, complemented by a performance-based variable bonus.
