Role Overview
The Vice President of Marketing will steer the comprehensive marketing strategy and execution for a collection of premium alcoholic beverage brands across the United States. This senior role demands leadership in defining brand strategy, driving consumer engagement, and amplifying business growth through coordinated marketing efforts. The position requires close collaboration with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to influence brand market presence and consumer connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and refine brand architecture and positioning across multiple brands and categories, ensuring alignment with premium standards and long-term company goals.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels to boost brand awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to guarantee market relevance and brand distinctiveness.
- Design and enhance consumer experiences across various touchpoints including onsite events, experiential activities, and hospitality interactions to reinforce brand values.
- Manage the digital ecosystem encompassing social media platforms, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce support to engage target audiences effectively.
- Utilize consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation.
- Oversee marketing budget in partnership with finance, and nurture a high-performing marketing team fostering accountability and creativity.
- Work closely with sales, distribution, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing tactics with revenue growth and market development objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree considered advantageous.
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing.
- Preferred background in spirits, beverage alcohol, luxury, or premium consumer brand sectors.
- Proven track record in building and scaling brands in competitive environments.
- Expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and consumer-driven growth.
- Experienced in leading teams, agencies, and external collaborators.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with creative leadership qualities.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with luxury or premium consumer brands is desirable.

Additional Information
This role is not a direct employment with ForceBrands but with their client. Candidates must be willing to commute to the West Los Angeles headquarters five days a week or consider relocating to Los Angeles for this on-site leadership position.
