Role overview

A venture-backed B2B marketplace company in the healthcare sector is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead its marketing organization through a critical expansion phase. The role calls for a leader who can both shape long-term strategy and stay close to execution, with the ability to build a marketing engine from the ground up in a rapidly changing environment.

What you will do

  • Design and run the overall marketing strategy across the company’s product portfolio.
  • Guide positioning and go-to-market plans for both existing offerings and a newly launched AI-enabled solution.
  • Craft a consistent product narrative across a multi-product platform.
  • Lead demand generation, acquisition, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that support better conversion and retention.
  • Use performance data and campaign metrics to refine marketing efforts and improve results.
  • Manage and grow a lean, high-performing marketing team.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on growth priorities and company-wide initiatives.

Must-have background

  • 10 to 15 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or fast-growing technology businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling marketing functions in startup or growth-stage settings.
  • Deep experience in product marketing and go-to-market planning.
  • Exposure to marketing several products or solutions within one platform.
  • A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to switch between strategy and execution.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform businesses.
  • Prior work at high-growth companies such as Uber, Instacart, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or revenue cycle management solutions.
  • Experience in healthcare or closely related industries.

This position is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and is an on-site, full-time role.
