Role overview
This position is for a Corporate Recruiter who will support large-scale hiring across core business areas within a major construction and engineering organization. The recruiter will work closely with business leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles spanning IT, procurement, project management, accounting, payroll, HR, and administrative support in a fast-moving, multi-business-unit setting.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 20 to 30+ open roles at once across corporate functions, while keeping candidate flow steady and meeting delivery expectations.
- Handle the full hiring cycle from intake discussions and sourcing through screening, interview scheduling, offer discussions, and coordination of onboarding handoff.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs, define candidate profiles, and shape the hiring approach.
- Find and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive talent.
- Keep candidate records accurate and compliant in Oracle ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
- Support a positive applicant experience by maintaining timely communication and an organized process.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.

Required background
- At least 3 to 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in corporate or professional services settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy requisition load, including 20 or more openings at the same time.
- Experience recruiting for several corporate disciplines such as IT, finance, and HR.
- Strong talent sourcing skills with the ability to attract passive candidates.
- Hands-on experience using an ATS, with Oracle preferred, and maintaining clean recruiting data.
- Well organized and able to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience recruiting in construction, engineering, or AEC environments.
- Background in agency recruiting or other high-performance recruiting settings.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and requisition aging.
Compensation and benefits
The hourly pay range for this contract role is $35 to $40 per hour. Final pay may depend on skills, experience, and education. Benefits begin on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA options, as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Employees are also eligible for paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as required by law.
