Vice President Finance

About the Role

A prominent large-scale company is looking for a seasoned Vice President of Finance to spearhead its finance division, encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. This leadership position is pivotal in steering the company's financial success amid rapid expansion, organizational changes, and integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all enterprise-wide finance operations, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning.
• Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with company growth plans and organizational goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance tracking processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to facilitate strategic planning and critical business decisions.
• Oversee capital allocation, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk controls.
• Deliver presentations on financial outcomes, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Develop scalable financial systems, policies, and internal controls suitable for a complex corporate environment.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance roles.
• Demonstrated success managing finance functions during periods of rapid growth, mergers/acquisitions, or major organizational changes.
• Comprehensive knowledge in FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance disciplines.
• Proven experience in communicating financial matters effectively to executive teams and Boards of Directors.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA and/or advanced degrees like MBA are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related domain is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging between 370000 and 400000 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications.
