Vice President Finance

Overview

A prominent enterprise is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to oversee its finance division. This leadership role encompasses managing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning functions. The VP Finance will collaborate closely with senior executives and the Board to drive business expansion, enhance financial outcomes, and assist in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning teams.
• Develop and administer financial strategies that foster company growth.
• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, financial reporting, and evaluation of business performance.
• Partner with organizational leaders to inform critical business decisions.
• Manage liquidity, budgeting processes, exposure to financial risks, and oversee company investments.
• Deliver financial presentations and business progress updates to senior leadership and Board of Directors.
• Enhance financial systems, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor, guide, and cultivate the finance team’s capabilities.

Qualification Criteria

• Minimum of 8 years in financial leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing finance teams within expanding or large-scale entities.
• Comprehensive expertise in FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance fields.
• Demonstrated ability in presenting financial data to senior executives and Board members.
• Exemplary leadership, communication, and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Possession of CPA or MBA credentials is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary ranges from $370,000 to $400,000, contingent on experience.
