About the Role
A large enterprise is hiring a senior finance leader to oversee and strengthen its finance organization. This executive will guide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning, while helping steer the company through rapid expansion, business integration, and broader organizational growth.
The position is designed for someone who can work closely with executive leaders and the Board of Directors to shape financial direction, improve operational effectiveness, and support durable value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the company’s core finance areas, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning.
- Create and implement financial plans that align with growth goals and wider business priorities.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Work with senior leadership on strategic planning and important business decisions.
- Handle capital deployment, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk oversight.
- Deliver financial updates, projections, and strategic recommendations to executives and the Board.
- Design stronger financial systems, workflows, and internal controls that can scale with the business.
- Coach, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams in fast-growing, merger-heavy, integration, or otherwise complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and corporate finance.
- Track record of presenting strategy and results to executive teams and Boards of Directors.
- Strong capability in strategic thinking, leadership, and sound decision-making.
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual base pay for this role is between $370,000 and $400,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
