Role Overview
We are looking for driven and analytical candidates to join the Investment Banking Analyst / Graduate Finance Program. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, financial analysis, and strategic advisory services. Participants will gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, market research, transaction support, and business strategy by working alongside seasoned professionals in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, industry research, and gather market intelligence to support business decisions.
- Create and update financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports.
- Assist in the preparation of investment presentations, financial statements, and client documentation.
- Evaluate financial statements and key business performance indicators.
- Support activities related to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate finance, and advisory services.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, economic changes, and industry developments.
- Analyze companies and competitors through qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Help with due diligence, transaction paperwork, and verification of financial data.
- Compile reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal review.
- Collaborate across finance, investment, legal, and business teams on strategic projects.
- Ensure financial documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
- Take part in business planning, budgeting, and reviewing financial results.
- Communicate research insights clearly and professionally.
- Assist in continuous process improvements through data analytics and efficiency initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline is required.
- A solid grasp of financial markets, corporate finance principles, accounting standards, and investment fundamentals.
- Understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and basic financial modeling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial analysis software.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Prior exposure to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, equity research, or investment analysis is advantageous.
