About the Role
The Vice President of Engagement Strategy is responsible for spearheading the creation of unified engagement plans that connect brands with healthcare professionals and patients. This includes leveraging various channels such as CRM, social media, digital platforms, omnichannel experiences, and emerging technologies. Collaborating closely with teams specializing in Strategy, Creative, Media, and Data, this leader drives innovation through AI and crafts customer engagement ecosystems that yield measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the agency's CRM, social, omnichannel, and customer engagement strategies across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
- Design integrated customer journeys utilizing first-party data, AI-powered personalization, automation, and new technologies to create impactful experiences.
- Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop cohesive engagement plans spanning paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Act as a senior strategic consultant for clients, identifying areas for innovation, growth, and digital transformation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engagement strategy team while enhancing the agency's omnichannel marketing and customer experience capabilities.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, omnichannel strategy, customer engagement, or marketing strategy within an agency or healthcare setting.
- Strong mastery of CRM platforms, social media strategy, customer journey orchestration, personalization techniques, and omnichannel engagement methods.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI and marketing technologies to enhance customer experiences and engagement outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and executing large-scale integrated marketing programs.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range from $175,000 to $200,000 annually.
