Role Overview
Reporting to the head of Digital Platforms & Transformation within the Brand, Innovation, and Content team, this role demands a hands-on professional to spearhead Vertical AI marketing transformation while setting up robust best practices for public-facing marketing websites. The position suits an innovative marketer eager to harness advanced AI technologies to generate business growth and establish a leading, scalable digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Vertical AI transformation roadmap, owning key projects and workstreams.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend critical Marketing AI tools and platforms, including custom agents and major platform integrations.
- Design and oversee Proof of Concept initiatives to validate new AI-powered marketing capabilities from a business perspective.
- Implement and optimize AI tools hands-on by configuring agents, collaborating with Technology teams for integration, and enhancing solution effectiveness.
- Establish performance and ROI measurement frameworks for AI initiatives, delivering insightful analytics and stakeholder reports.
- Define and enforce foundational best practices for public marketing sites in areas such as SEO, accessibility, security, performance, and scalability.
- Serve as expert and guardian of digital platform standards, particularly in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) replatforming, ensuring adherence to development and content guidelines.
- Monitor website health, pinpoint improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Content, Design) to implement enhancements promptly.
- Actively support the AEM replatforming project embedding best practices from inception.
- Assess business risks carefully, uphold the firm's reputation by ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and transparently report control issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in digital marketing, marketing technology, or digital platform management roles.
- Substantive expertise or direct experience utilizing AI in marketing contexts such as Generative AI, personalization, or predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, AI-powered analytics, or similar tools is highly advantageous.
- Strong grasp of modern public website architecture and infrastructure, including enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS).
- In-depth understanding of web best practices focusing on technical SEO, performance optimization, and security standards.
- Strategic thinker skilled in analyzing complex issues, leveraging data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with superior project management capabilities and a successful track record delivering complex digital initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of partnering with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve objectives.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
