Role Overview
Join us to drive strategic projects that contribute to the acceleration of the energy transition. This full-time, on-site position in Berlin entails working on innovative green technology products while managing cross-functional tasks and ensuring scalable solutions development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead early stage product management and coordinate cross-team executions to shape value propositions and define minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Prioritize features and align all stakeholders including sales, marketing, and technical teams to enable fast, efficient market launches.
- Rapidly familiarize yourself with new topics, sectors, and customer challenges by engaging in frequent direct dialogue with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end launch of digital products and services, collaborating closely with founders and senior leadership.
- Engage customers daily to identify pain points, validate solutions, promote products effectively, and iteratively improve offerings based on user feedback.
Candidate Profile
- University graduate from a prestigious institution with a strong entrepreneurial inclination.
- Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Italian at C2 level.
- Experience working within startup environments, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
- Curious about the integration of technology, operations, and business strategy in rapidly growing companies.
- Structured and detail-oriented thinker comfortable with data analysis and fast execution.
