Altura Ventures LLC is seeking a driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to serve initially as a fractional Founder/CEO to launch and accelerate a startup. This position offers a path from fractional leadership to a full-time Founder/CEO role, depending on startup concept viability and fundraising success.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the positioning of your current startup idea or collaborate on new concepts with Lee Lorenzen.
• Select the opportunity that aligns best with your skills and interests.
• Collaborate with Altura Ventures leveraging the GEM System to secure $250,000 in funding within three months.
• Serve as a fractional Founder/CEO during early fundraising and growth stages.
• Progress to a full-time Founder/CEO role upon hitting key milestones and successful fundraising.

• Possesses a strong founder mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making rapid, decisive actions.
• Experienced in growth, product development, go-to-market strategies, or operations.
• Passionate about startups and motivated to build sustainable, long-term value.
• Demonstrates grit, resilience, and execution under uncertain conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Bonuses up to $25,000 linked to the successful raising of the initial $250,000 with Altura Ventures' support.
• Initial equity allocation of 100% during fractional Founder/CEO tenure, signifying full ownership of the company.
• Monthly salary provided once transitioned to full-time Founder/CEO, anticipated within 12 to 18 months.
