Venture Development Manager - New Products in Greentech (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join us in advancing the energy transition through strategic involvement in greentech projects. As part of this full-time, onsite position in Berlin, you will contribute to innovative, scalable solutions while working across teams. Proficiency in German at C2 level is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage product management and coordinate cross-functional teams on new ventures, including shaping value propositions, defining minimum viable products, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and orchestrating collaborations between sales, marketing, and technical teams for prompt and efficient product launches.
• Quickly assimilate new subject areas, markets, and client challenges by engaging in frequent, direct dialogues with customers to build comprehensive understanding.
• Actively spearhead the entire lifecycle of launching digital products and services, from conceptualization to market introduction, closely partnering with company founders and leadership.
• Engage daily with clients to identify issues, verify solutions, promote and position offerings, pursue upselling opportunities, and iterate products based on user feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Graduated from a reputed university exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in English and possess advanced German skills (C2 level).
• Previous experience in startup environments.
• Hands-on approach with eagerness to execute effectively.
• Curious about the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy within fast-growing companies.
• A structured thinker comfortable with detailed analysis, data-driven decision-making, and swift implementation.
