Job Overview

This role demands a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and technical configurations. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Security and lead critical enterprise projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Expertise

• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 2 to 3 full Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support engagements.
• Hands-on proficiency in Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Learn, Talent, Compensation, Absence, OTL, and Payroll.
• Skilled in Fusion Cloud technical tools such as Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Redwood Pages Design, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Human Services Data Loader (HSDL), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Fast Formulas, Fusion AI Agent Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for complex integration designs involving REST/SOAP APIs and process automation.
• Proven ability in implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Fusion HCM to secure sensitive human resource data.
• Experience coordinating with diverse teams including development, functional, business leads, information security, and risk management to ensure Fusion HCM security compliance.
• Capable of setting up organizational structures such as Business Groups, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, and Operating Units.
• Familiarity with creating Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, and SIT/EIT configurations relevant to employee data management.
• Expertise in configuring performance management components like goal plans, performance templates, and rating models.
• Ability to design payroll statements, payslips, and various reports linked to payroll operations.
• Writing and implementing Fast Formulas and using Approval Management Engine for workflow automation.
• Experience writing SQL/PLSQL queries to develop custom reports.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for functional issues across Cloud HCM modules.
• Experienced in supporting global or India-based Oracle Fusion HCM clients and managing multi-module implementations.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and deliver quality results.
