At LSH Auto's flagship dealership in Stockport, we are seeking a Used Car Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves directly engaging with customers to guide them through our extensive selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. Your objective will be to surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional service and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and assist customers in selecting suitable used cars from our inventory.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual sales goals consistently.
• Maintain excellent communication and strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate prices and close sales effectively to maximize revenue.

Role Requirements

• Prior sales experience, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and accurately assess customer needs.
• Strong persuasion skills to successfully finalize deals.
• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Passion for automobiles and understanding of the automotive market.
• Capability to perform well in a competitive, fast-moving environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours and Compensation

This full-time role requires a 40-hour workweek. The starting salary is 27,010 per annum, with unlimited commission potential enhancing earnings.
