About the Investment Solutions Business
This segment develops strategic market perspectives, evaluates and selects optimal implementation methods—including tactical and long-term approaches across various vehicles—promotes investment concepts to advisors and clients, and executes trades accordingly.
Role and Collaboration
You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Strategists, and Due Diligence experts to gain deep knowledge of managed investment solutions globally. The role provides an opportunity to work with experienced teams leveraging macroeconomic insights to craft strategic views and find timely investment prospects for private banking clients.

Managed Solutions Specialist Team
This team ensures comprehensive coverage of managed solutions (Core, Advisory, SMAs, mutual funds) across regions and channels within Private Bank and U.S. Wealth Management. Emphasizing a product-neutral viewpoint, the team partners with various stakeholders to promote asset retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop under mentorship and team guidance.
- Design and implement business strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and channels.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring communication and alignment to realize business objectives.
- Manage field communications to ensure clarity of key messages and strategic goals.
- Handle assignments impacting clients to help reach their goals.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and communications supporting strategic efforts and stakeholder engagement.
- Track and coordinate progress of strategic projects ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
- Engage with industry leaders, utilize top-tier training, and understand integrated business functions for superior client service.
- Enhance technical expertise and build foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, markets, and investments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Outstanding organizational skills for managing concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strategic thinking and robust business acumen, driven to advance organizational goals.
- High service standards combined with initiative, energy, and confidence.
- Interest in financial markets, investment principles, and macroeconomic factors with eagerness to expand knowledge.
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or readiness to obtain within 120 days.
- Authorization for permanent work in the United States.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with business strategy, project management, or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
- Background in financial accounting, analysis, or mathematics is beneficial but not mandatory.
