US Sports Content Writer

About the Role

RecruiterForce partners with Verified Global to recruit a US/NFL content writer passionate about sports betting. Verified Global provides advanced algorithms and insights to millions of US sports fans, aiming to deliver unmatched tips and data in sports betting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the betting brand by creating and publishing impactful content customized for various social media platforms.
• Enhance platform presence by using functionalities of TikTok, Twitter (X), Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and more, optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Engage regularly with the community to build a loyal and trustworthy fanbase.
• Promote sportsbook offers creatively and compliantly to drive conversions effectively.
• Adapt posting and betting strategies dynamically based on daily sentiment and trends.
• Participate in weekly strategy sessions with leadership and brand teams to share ideas and innovate.
• Ensure all content maintains high quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about sports and sports betting, with solid knowledge of a major US league such as NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL.
• Experienced between 1 and 5 years in marketing, social media, or copywriting, including internships.
• Regularly uses social media platforms with a good understanding of their algorithms and growth tactics.
• Excellent skills in copywriting and creating compelling headlines designed to engage and convert audiences.
• Strong interpersonal abilities; motivated, competitive, and strives for excellence.
• Willing to work flexible hours to align with peak US sports schedules.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Central London office.

Preferred but Not Required: Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere) or graphic design (Canva, Figma) and experience with sports-related communities or creator accounts.
