Job Overview

This role involves managing retail and stockist relations to boost sales of cement products within the assigned territory in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 2 stockists, each supervising 20 to 30 retailers.
• Appoint and onboard retailers within the designated area to expand market presence.
• Conduct detailed market scans by visiting all retail counters citywide.
• Drive secondary sales growth through active retailer engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting construction sites, including cottages, houses, and individual home builders.
• Coordinate closely with contractors and masons to increase product usage.
• Generate sales directly from the construction sites linked to retailers.
• Facilitate product sampling and live demonstrations at construction locations.
• Organize in-store meetings and promotional activities to stimulate retailer sales.
• Effectively communicate promotional schemes to contractors and masons.
• Ensure continuous follow-up with stockists and retailers to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.
