Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join Yashom Enterprises in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on expanding the customer base by engaging builders, contractors, architects, government projects, and construction companies. The candidate will actively visit various locations to identify sales prospects and promote the company's construction materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business relationships with builders, contractors, government initiatives, architects, and construction firms.
- Regularly visit construction sites, retail outlets, and client premises to uncover sales opportunities.
- Effectively present and promote the range of construction products, highlighting their features and advantages.
- Negotiate prices within the set company policies and successfully close sales deals.
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain communication with current clients to identify future requirements.
