Job description
Overview
Truck Wash Technicians are part of a busy, customer-facing team that keeps the location clean, safe, and running smoothly. The role involves helping drivers and customers from many different routes and backgrounds, with a focus on making each visit efficient and positive. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out truck wash services, including trailer washouts, application of cleaners, tire dressings, and similar cleaning tasks.
- Handle billing accurately and process payments for completed services.
- Support routine upkeep and minor repairs for facility and equipment.
- Work on a rotating schedule that may switch between daytime and nighttime shifts as needed.
- Lift, move, and handle loads of 75+ pounds and work in tight spaces and varying temperatures.
- Follow company safety rules and place customer safety and satisfaction first at all times.
