Restaurant Team Member

Overview

This role is for a restaurant cashier/team member in a busy, customer-facing environment. The position centers on fast, courteous service, accurate payment handling, and keeping the food service area clean, sanitized, and ready for guests. Prior experience is not required; training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Provide everyday customer service by taking food orders, answering menu questions, and helping customers with their needs.
• Operate the cash register, reconcile transactions, and look for opportunities to increase sales through add-on suggestions.
• Prepare customer orders safely and accurately across different kitchen stations, which may include sandwich assembly, fry, grill, or other concept-specific stations.
• Follow food safety practices and use the required methods and tools to keep products fresh and safe for customers.
• Support other areas when needed, including store cashiering, fresh kitchen operations, facility upkeep, and leadership-related duties through cross-training.
• Handle physical work requirements such as lifting up to 25+ pounds and working in a range of temperatures.
