Traveling Hotel Renovation Superintendent

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee hotel renovation projects that require managing active, operational hotels across the United States. This role involves leading renovations without ground-up construction while ensuring continuous hotel operation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renovation schedules and coordinate subcontractors efficiently.
• Oversee quality control and maintain safety standards on-site.
• Build and sustain positive client relationships during project execution.
• Ensure renovations proceed without interrupting hotel operations or guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven background in hotel or hospitality renovations.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing occupied renovation projects.
• Strong skills in scheduling and subcontractor oversight.
• Willingness to travel nationally for projects.
• Experience working with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Omni, Wyndham, or Choice is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, dependent on experience.
• Additional per diem allowance provided.
• Travel-related expenses covered by the employer.
