Role Overview
FAENA The Red Sea is looking for an enthusiastic Training Executive (Saudi National) to join the People & Culture function. The position supports learning experiences that bring the FAENA philosophy, service culture, and brand standards into everyday practice. Working alongside the Training Manager and department heads, the role helps organize, deliver, and monitor training initiatives that support team member development from onboarding through career progression. The role is key to building a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and professional growth across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of training across all departments.
- Run orientation and onboarding sessions for new team members.
- Support training on service culture, brand standards, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Organize training calendars, locations, materials, and communications with participants.
- Keep training records, attendance logs, and employee development files accurate and up to date.
- Administer and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital learning tools.
- Track training completion and follow up with departments on pending requirements.
- Help identify learning gaps through feedback, audits, and day-to-day operational observations.
- Contribute to the development of training decks, guides, presentations, and learning resources.
- Coordinate leadership development, talent growth, and career progression activities.
- Support department trainers and leaders in delivering effective learning sessions.
- Monitor and report on training metrics, engagement, and program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory learning, health and safety rules, and company policies.
- Assist with the coordination, delivery, and tracking of Forbes Travel Guide training across departments.
- Help prepare team members and leaders for Forbes evaluations, audits, and accreditation requirements.
- Encourage Forbes Five-Star service behaviors through coaching, training, and reinforcement.
- Work with operational leaders to embed Forbes standards into daily guest service and interactions.
- Support Saudization development initiatives and learning programs for Saudi talent.
- Take part in special projects, employee engagement activities, and learning events that strengthen the FAENA culture.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Hospitality Operations, or a similar field is preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline is beneficial.
- Strong skills in presenting and facilitating sessions.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-developed organizational and administrative capability with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
- Exposure to Forbes Travel Guide standards, luxury service training, or Forbes accreditation processes is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Genuine interest in learning, employee development, and hospitality excellence.
- A creative approach with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
