Role Summary
FAENA The Red Sea is hiring a highly organised and detail-focused Uniform & Laundry Coordinator (Saudi National) to support the Housekeeping function. This position is responsible for overseeing warrior uniforms, linen handling, and laundry coordination so that presentation, quality, and turnaround standards remain consistently high across the resort.
Key Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day issue, collection, and tracking of warrior uniforms.
- Keep clear and accurate logs for uniform distribution, returns, alterations, and replacements.
- Make sure all uniforms are cleaned, pressed, repaired, and maintained to company expectations.
- Track uniform stock and flag any replenishment needs in a timely manner.
- Arrange uniform fittings for new warriors and assist with onboarding-related needs.
- Help manage linen inventory and laundry stock control.
- Monitor guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen processing to support on-time delivery.
- Check uniforms, linen, and laundry items to confirm quality standards are met.
- Work with external laundry vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Document damaged, missing, or lost items and keep records updated.
- Assist with regular linen and uniform counts.
- Maintain proper storage, sorting, and handling of uniforms and linen.
- Keep the uniform room and laundry spaces tidy and well organised.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
- Deliver courteous, efficient service to warriors and internal teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to housekeeping, laundry operations, uniform room handling, administration, or a similar environment. Strong organisation, careful record management, and attention to detail are important for this role, along with basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
Good communication and people skills are needed, as well as the ability to work independently, manage several priorities, and maintain a professional, service-minded attitude. Discretion is essential when handling employee records. The role may require shift flexibility, and a genuine interest in hospitality and service excellence is preferred.
