This position involves developing strategic customer partnerships, expanding market footprint, managing distributor channels, and aligning with the company's long-term global expansion goals in pharmaceutical packaging and medical devices.
Collaborating closely with corporate headquarters and overseas clients, the appointed candidate will oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and customer engagement to contract closure and account upkeep. This role demands a commercially astute professional capable of independently driving export market growth within tightly regulated healthcare fields.

- Manage export sales operations including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and monitoring order fulfillment.
- Conduct visits, deliver presentations, demonstrate products, and hold commercial discussions with overseas customers.
- Represent the company at global trade shows, conferences, and customer-focused events.
- Track market trends, customer needs, competitor actions, and industry changes to uncover new opportunities.
- Support management of distributors, key account development, and customer retention efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth order processing, customer service, and commercial functions.
- Compile business reports, sales forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations for leadership review.

- In-depth knowledge of export sales workflows, international trade regulations, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations.
- Experience overseeing international customer visits, distributor partnerships, trade exhibitions, and overseas market growth initiatives.
- Capability to lead business presentations, conduct meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial discussions fluently in English.
- Strong business development, networking, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and account supervision abilities.
- Commercially minded, analytically strong, and focused on delivering results.
