Position Summary

The role of English (US) Audio QA Annotation Specialist involves the critical task of reviewing, assessing, and validating American English audio clips to ensure they fulfill stringent quality criteria necessary for supporting AI speech recognition and audio annotation assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess American English audio recordings focusing on quality, correctness of pronunciation, clarity, and naturalness of speech.
• Confirm annotation precision and adherence of recordings to project protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Detect issues affecting audio quality such as ambient noise, inconsistent recordings, mispronunciations, or technical flaws.
• Deliver structured feedback geared towards quality enhancement when audio does not satisfy specified standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Native English (US) speaker with exceptional abilities in listening comprehension and pronunciation expertise.
• At least one year of experience in fields relating to audio quality assurance, annotation, localization, transcript review, voice-over, dubbing, ADR, or language quality assurance roles.
