Trade and Store Services Specialist (BeLux)

Job purpose

This role supports the Trade and Store Services team by coordinating trade marketing activities, handling logistics, and providing administrative assistance for point-of-sale delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate inventory needs and anticipate demand surges linked to trade promotions.
• Work with local Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to keep trade marketing activities and logistics aligned.
• Assist in delivering the field sales marketing plan.
• Handle internal and customer requests, coordinate with external agencies and third-party logistics partners for production of trade price and promotion assets, and manage promotion billing and settlement.
• Support point-of-sale material inventory and logistics by coordinating external agencies for production and replenishment, overseeing delivery of promotional materials, monitoring service levels and stock levels, and keeping spending under control.

Stakeholders

• Internal stakeholders include Field Sales, Commercial Development, and the Trade & Store Business Partner.
• External stakeholders include a third-party POSM logistics provider and a third-party POSM producer.

Language requirements

• English at a proficient level.
• Dutch or French at a proficient level.

Experience

Relevant experience is required for this position.

Required capabilities

• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management ability.

Tools and niche skills

• Familiarity with multiple third-party POSM ordering and management platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Comfort working with data tools such as Excel and Power BI, along with a willingness to learn.
