  • Oversee functional validations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analyses in integrated business processes.
  • Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing and executing detailed test scenarios.
  • Participate in deployment and post-implementation support activities.
  • Facilitate communication among operations, logistics, procurement, finance, eCommerce, implementation partners, and IT teams.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including Functional Design Documents, process flows, requirements, and user manuals.
  • Conduct user training and support organizational change to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Provide ongoing application support by investigating issues and coordinating with Microsoft and partners for resolutions.
  • Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives and future ERP enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Management functionality including procurement, inventory, sales order management, and intercompany processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
  • Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics providers and external supply chain system integrations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
