About Acute Care Technology
The Acute Care Technology division at ZOLL Medical Corporation focuses on developing and delivering innovative, life-saving products and software solutions globally for EMS, hospitals, safety, and military clients. Their product line includes AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, temperature management solutions, among others. The team is committed to improving patient outcomes while providing outstanding customer service.
Role Overview
As the Territory Manager for Bavaria, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships by actively expanding the client base and seeking new business opportunities within the temperature management segment. You will drive sales of temperature management systems and consumables to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain connections with senior clinicians, including doctors and nursing leaders, as well as other healthcare specialists, particularly in neurology, cardiology, and intensive care medicine.
- Achieve sales targets across the entire temperature management product portfolio, including systems, accessories, and consumables.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within ZOLL, notably the sales teams for defibrillators and ventilation products, to fully leverage ZOLL’s product and service offerings.
- Efficiently manage sales pipelines using Salesforce to monitor opportunities and sales processes.
- Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade fairs and congresses to build networks and showcase temperature management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of successful sales experience in medical capital and consumable goods, particularly selling to and within hospitals.
- Strong understanding of selling complex systems, concepts, and solutions in an environment involving multiple decision-makers.
- Clinical experience or proven success in navigating complex clinical sales processes.
- Experience working as part of a cooperative sales organization.
- Strategic sales skills with a strong customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
- High levels of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and fluency in German with good command of English.
