Job Overview
Join Buildrich Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. as a Telesales Executive, managing inbound customer communications and converting inquiries into sales while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website channels.
- Utilize online platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, and Google to generate and assess potential leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable products and services.
- Effectively communicate, present, and negotiate to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Foster and maintain strong customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups with both new leads and existing customers to enhance sales potential.
- Keep customer data, inquiries, and sales activities current within the CRM system.
- Develop quotations, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee smooth processing of orders.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to sales and lead conversions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor lead progression and conversion metrics.
- Deliver superior customer service by resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge regarding products, market trends, and competitors to identify fresh business opportunities.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary range between 15000 and 28000 INR.
