About the Role

We are a rapidly expanding technology-driven B2B services company with operations across India, specializing in sales enablement and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients. Our remote-first model enables team members to produce measurable outcomes from any location, supported by advanced tools, real-time data analytics, and a results-oriented environment. We seek highly driven telecallers to manage outbound and inbound calls that convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a large volume of outbound and inbound calls to prospects and clients, adhering to customized scripts and sales strategies.
  • Assess leads by collecting essential details such as budget, decision authority, needs, and timelines, and escalate qualified prospects to the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments, product demos, and meetings for B2B sales representatives using tools like Calendly and CRM systems.
  • Maintain precise daily records of call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions in systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Address routine customer questions, escalate complex concerns, and ensure data entry accuracy of above 95%.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging based on feedback from calls and conversion data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms.
  • Experience with CRM data entry and following structured call scripts.
  • Strong skills in lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with call center dialing software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  • Knowledge of lead intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo or Lusha.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for reporting purposes.
