Role Summary
The Sales Officer will act as a key representative for NXTsft within their designated city or region. The role encompasses driving sales of our subscription plans and expanding the company's footprint among Home Owners, Buyers, Sellers, Builders, and Channel Partners in the assigned area. This position is full-time and performance-oriented, offering potential career progression.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Home Owners, Property Sellers, and Buyers to promote and sell NXTsft subscription plans using calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings (B2C Sales).
- Identify and bring Builders, Developers, and Channel Partners or Agents onboard for corporate subscription packages (B2B Onboarding).
- Manage the assigned territory by setting and achieving sales targets and maximizing market coverage.
- Generate leads leveraging digital channels, referrals, and local networking.
- Maintain CRM with daily updates of activities, leads, and conversion data, and submit weekly performance reports to management.
- Provide customer support by explaining subscription benefits and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000, supplemented by potential performance incentives up to ₹20,000, totaling up to ₹30,000 per month.
- Role allows 100% remote work from home.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Educational qualifications: Completion of 12th grade or graduation in any discipline.
- Preferred experience: Between zero to three years in sales roles including telesales, real estate, insurance, or business development. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Essential skills: Proficient communication in Hindi, English, and the local language; ability to meet targets; strong negotiation aptitude; familiarity with smartphone usage and internet.
- Technical requirements: Availability of a laptop or desktop computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Work Hours: Candidate must be available during 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily.
