Telesales Executive - Ayurvedic Wellness Division

About the Role

Hardev Enterprises is seeking enthusiastic male and female Telecalling Sales Executives to join its Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This work-from-home position involves interacting with potential customers through calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic wellness products.

Selection Process

• Watch company-provided training videos to understand products, calling scripts, and sales procedures.
• Complete sample cold calls post-training and send call recordings to HR for evaluation.
• HR assesses communication skills, confidence, and sales abilities to finalize candidate selection.
• Selected candidates are assigned a Team Leader and receive ongoing guidance along with company leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to prospective customers and respond to their queries.
• Clearly and professionally explain product details.
• Identify and comprehend customer needs effectively.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Accurately input customer and order information.
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct during communications.

Performance Expectations

• Average target: 2 orders daily, resulting in 60–70 delivered orders per month.
• Higher performance is rewarded with increased salary, incentives, and other perks.

Compensation Structure

Salary depends exclusively on successfully delivered orders as per the following structure:

• Below Minimum Performance (0–29 orders): ₹140 per order
• Training Phase (30–39 orders): ₹4,050 total
• Learning Phase (40–49 orders): ₹5,400 total
• Developing Performer (50–59 orders): ₹6,750 total
• Good Performer (60–69 orders): ₹8,100 total
• Strong Performer (70–79 orders): ₹9,450 total
• Very Good Performer (80–89 orders): ₹10,800 total
• Quality Performer (90–99 orders): ₹12,150 total
• Senior Performer (100–109 orders): ₹16,500 + power bank
• Top Performer (110–119 orders): ₹18,150 total
• Elite Performer (120–129 orders): ₹19,800 total
• Gold Performer (130–139 orders): ₹21,450 total
• Platinum Performer (140–149 orders): ₹23,100 + bicycle
• Diamond Performer (150–159 orders): ₹27,000 total

Only delivered, non-cancelled, non-duplicate, and authentic orders count toward salary.

Daily Incentives

• 3 orders: ₹90 incentive
• 5 orders: ₹250 incentive
• 10 orders: ₹1,000 incentive
• 13 orders: ₹1,350 incentive
• 15 orders: ₹1,600 incentive
• 20 orders: ₹2,500 incentive

Only the highest eligible daily incentive tier applies for any given day.

Work Requirements

• Minimum working duration: 8 hours per day.
• Required tools: Android smartphone, laptop or desktop.
• Reliable internet or Wi-Fi connection is essential.
• Clear communication skills and fundamental sales aptitude.
• Quiet and professional environment for calls.

Important Rules and Terms

• Salary is solely based on orders successfully delivered.
• Cancelled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders are excluded.
• Misleading promises or fake claims about products are strictly forbidden.
• All salary, incentives, and rewards are subject to verification and company policy.
• Initial engagement is on a training and evaluation basis.
• Candidates maintaining consistent work and steady performance for at least 15 days may qualify for an official offer letter.
• Only committed individuals seeking long-term career growth should apply.

Recruitment Process
