Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored recommendations on jewelry styles, materials, and current trends.
• Meet individual and team sales goals through effective product presentation, facilitating customer trials, and completing sales transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gemstone quality, metal types, and jewelry maintenance to educate and assist clients effectively.
• Ensure merchandise displays are tidy, well-arranged, secure, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Handle sales transactions via POS, managing cash and card payments accurately, and support inventory management activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within premium jewelry or luxury goods sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop customer relationships and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Thorough understanding of diamonds, gold, and precious stones.
• Exceptional attention to detail for inventory handling and capturing customer preferences.
• Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
