About the Role

We are seeking passionate Telesales Executives to help drive our sales initiatives via telephone communications. The role centers on finalizing sales deals, fostering strong customer connections, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate product attributes and advantages to customers.
• Guide customers through order placement ensuring a seamless experience.
• Follow up with clients to cultivate lasting relationships and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor at all times.
• Address customer inquiries thoroughly and resolve any concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent communication in Telugu is mandatory.
• Willingness to commute daily or relocate to the office location.
• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade or higher.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Must be target-oriented and self-driven.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Day shifts only, with a 6-day workweek.
• Paid sick leave included.
• This is an office-based position; remote work is not available.
