Position Overview
Seeking a Field Sales Executive specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) for locations in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. This full-time on-role position offers a fixed monthly salary with additional incentives, along with allowances and benefits.
Primary Duties
- Conduct daily visits to retailers and wholesalers to bolster sales.
- Identify and onboard new store leads to expand the distribution network.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers.
- Gather and report market feedback and insights about competitors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of 12th grade or graduation is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in FMCG sales is mandatory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is compulsory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 with incentives.
