Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager specializing in Unified Communications to lead a skilled team managing critical digital platforms such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice, Email Services, and other communications technologies. This role combines strategic roadmap development, operational leadership, and collaborative engagement with architects, project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Guide and manage technical teams within a complex enterprise framework.
  • Possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Create and oversee product roadmaps and service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Balance operational maintenance, continuous service improvement, and new project deployments.
  • Communicate clearly and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach focused on delivering high-quality digital services.
  • Work within Agile, product-led, or service management methodologies.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between NZD 128,427 and NZD 165,839 annually, with the final pay determined by skills and experience.
