Job description
Role Overview
This opportunity is with Kotak Life Insurance for a Team Leader cum Recruiter profile. The role focuses on building an advisor network and driving insurance business through that team. Candidates across India can apply, and the setup may involve working either from home or from an office.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new insurance advisors and expand the advisor base.
- Use your team to create and grow insurance sales.
Eligibility
- Candidates who have completed 10th or 12th standard are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Path for Candidates Without Experience
If you do not already have experience, you may begin as an Insurance Advisor. To move up and qualify for the Agency Partner position (Team Leader / Recruiter), you need to sell at least 6 insurance policies with total business of ₹2,10,000 in insurance.
After meeting this target, you become eligible for an upgrade to Agency Partner and can earn 30% commission on your sales.
Mandatory Requirement
IRDAI certification is compulsory for this role. The examination fee is between ₹1,250 and ₹2,000, depending on the applicable charges.
Work Location
The job can be performed from anywhere in India, with either work-from-home or work-from-office arrangements.
