About the Role
A permanent, full-time opportunity has opened for a Team Leader within the Civil Jurisdiction of the Auckland High Court. This role focuses on operational and managerial leadership, overseeing up to 9 direct reports to ensure the timely delivery of justice services. The Ministry of Justice is evolving to streamline court services, reducing processing times and enhancing accessibility for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coach team members to achieve high performance standards.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining customer-focused service delivery within the court's civil jurisdiction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve court service outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating staff towards high achievement.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of, or keen interest in, the justice sector.
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 74634 to 100846 NZD annually, depending on skills and experience.
